My responsibilities also include managing town personnel, maintaining professional contacts with consultants; such as Town Counsel, the Land Use Attorney, Labor Attorney, the Town Engineer and the Town Planner. Developing a positive working relationship with all town departments, boards and commissions while ensuring that all members are trained properly for the responsibilities that they incur in their day-to-day activities falls under my authority.
